Proclamation Signing

Governor Heineman signs a proclamation declaring March 21 as World Down Syndrome Day in the State of Nebraska.

 On March 13 at 10:00 a.m. in the Warner Chamber at the Capitol,  DSAF Famlilies gathered together to receive the proclimation signed by Governor Heineman, Declaring March 21 as World Down Syndrome Day.
